Description

Used for purification of recombinant Strep-tag™ proteins under gravity flow and low pressure or FPLC

  • Bulk resin is recommended for packing of columns and cartridges
  • Resin is optimized for column affinity chromatography rather than for batch purification
  • Binding capacity: 1 mL sedimented resin (corresponding to 2 mL of 50% suspension)
  • Useful for one-step purification of 50 to 100 nmol recombinant Strep-tag™ protein (up to 3 mg in case of 30 kDa protein)
