Description
A part of the JAK/STAT Pathway, STAT1 (Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 1) is phosphorylated at Tyr701 by the Janus family of tyrosine kinases.For use in combination with the LanthaScreen™ STAT1 U206 cell line (K1469) and the GFP-STAT1 physiological protein substrate (PV5211) to evaluate inhibitors in medium to high throughput screening applications.
