  • Columns that are ready to use enable sample application to collection of purified product in less than 4 min.
  • Can be used to clean up reactions prepared with the BigDye Terminator v3.1 Cycle Sequencing Kit from Applied Biosystems
  • Typical sample volume 12 to 25 μl
  • Suitable for purification of DNA greater than 20 bases in length
