Pure water measurement means basically the intrinsic conductivity of purified water in the pharmaceutical industry and the production of semiconductors. This is where the LR 325/01 and the LR 325/001 come in. Both have flow vessels to prevent carbon dioxide from the air entering during the measurement process. The LR 01/V is the same as the LR 325/01 and can be connected to the Vario Cond. The LR 325/001 is capable of measuring into ranges of 0.001 µS/cm when using the suitable WTW conducitivity meters.
