Description

Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody

Heat-mediated antigen retrieval is recommended prior to staining, using a 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10 minutes followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 min. Following antigen retrieval, incubate samples with primary antibody for 30 min at room temperature. A suggested positive control is liver hepatocellular carcinoma.

TNS4 links the focal adhesion and cell adhesion signaling to the actin cytoskeleton. It may be involved in cell survival and migration. The protein may be involved in cell migration, cartilage development and in linking signal transduction pathways to the cytoskeleton and promote apoptosis, via its cleavage by caspase-3.
