SYTOX™ AADvanced Ready Flow Reagent is a high-affinity nucleic acid stain for the detection of dead cells in flow cytometry.

  • A high-affinity nucleic acid stain for the detection of dead cells in flow cytometry
  • SYTOX AADvanced Ready Flow Reagent is a ready-to-use, direct-to-sample dead cell stain that emits red fluorescence when bound to DNA
  • It is spectrally similar to 7-AAD, but with rapid uptake kinetics and relatively low CVs
  • It penetrates cells more efficiently than 7-AAD, providing better separation of live and dead cells
  • Add 2 drops form the dropper bottle directly into 1 x 106 cells, incubate, and analyze
  • The dye has excitation/emission maxima of 546/647 nm
  • No need to dilute, weigh, or pipette
  • Stable at room temperature
