Description
SERPINB4 is also called squamous cell carcinoma antigen 2 (SCCA-2) or leupin. It directly inhibits human granzyme proteolytic activity and that overexpression of SERPINB4 in HeLa cells inhibits recombit granzyme-induced as well as NK cell-mediated cell death.Specifications
