Description

Sterilize liquids, solids, glassware, and waste. Advantage-Lab™ AL02-09-100, 85L Semi-Automatic Horizontal Autoclave is a semi-automatic, horizontal autoclave designed for the benchtop.

  • Suitable for the sterilization of the following:
    • Liquids such as nutrient media and buffer solutions.
    • Solid items such as pipettes, tubes and filters.
    • Glassware and plastic articles.
    • Waste sterilization.
  • Temperature and pressure are controlled through sensors.
  • Temperature sensor on a flexible cable that can be used in chamber as well as inside liquid or media reference bottles.
  • Pressure dependent door lock that prevents door opening when under pressure.
  • Six individual programs available.
  • Sterilization Parameters:
    • Temperature and time are freely selectable.
    • Temperature can be set between 60 and 137°C.
    • Sterilization time can be set from 1-99 minutes.
    • Pre-selected parameters remain programmed until altered.
  • Temperature dependent door lock works in conjunction with temperature control in a reference bottle so that the system prevents the door from being opened until the temperature is below a specified level, preventing delayed boiling.
  • Water level safety device that prevents the autoclave from being heated if insufficient water is available for steam generation.
  • Display of temperature, pressure and time with a visible and acoustic alarm.
