  • ReadyProbes In Situ Hybridization (ISH) Blocking Solution minimizes non-specific background staining in chromogenic in situ hybridization (CISH) or fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) procedures
  • It is provided as a 5X solution that is diluted to 1X with distilled or deionized water
  • After the labeled DNA or RNA probe hybridization and wash steps, the sample is incubated with 1X Ready Probes ISH Blocking Solution for 30–60 minutes
  • 1X ReadyProbes ISH Blocking Solution can also be used as diluent for antibodies, avidin, streptavidin, or biotin during incubation steps.
