Description

This is a 25X concentrated solution. For use, prepare a working solution: Place 100 uL Proteinase K solution in a glas tube, add 2.4 mL distilled water and mix. The optimal digestion conditions will vary depending on the fixation conditions and should be optimized by individual laboratory. However, incubation of tissue sections for 10-30 minutes at 37C is sufficient for in situ.
