Crosslink amines to sulfhydryls with this very short crosslinker composed of NHS-ester and iodoacetyl (haloacetyl) groups at ends of a 3-atom (1.5A) spacer arm.

Thermo Scientific™ Pierce SIA is a very short (1.5 Å) crosslinker for amine-to-sulfhydryl conjugation via N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester and iodoacetyl reactive groups.
