Thermal digestions are required in water analysis for the total determination of materials as well as heavy metals. Ready-made reagent presentations for the digestion of nitrate for the determination of the total nitrogen as well as heavy metals contain all required reagents for thermal digestion. These ready-made cuvettes or the simple preparation in empty cuvettes with covers makes this process safe, easy and quick. Then, the prepared samples in 16 mm cuvettes are digested in the thermoreactor with selectable standard programs. Ready-made test kits are available for the determination of COD, total nitrogen and total phosphorus, which already contain the digestion reagent and digested and measured in one and the same cuvette.
