Description

Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

MA5-15476 targets PEG10 in indirect ELISA, IHC and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples. The MA5-15476 immunogen is purified recombinant fragment of human PEG10 expressed in E. Coli. MA5-15476 detects PEG10 which has a predicted molecular weight of approximately Isoform RF1 (37kDa); RF1/RF2 (80 kDa).

This is a paternally expressed imprinted gene that encodes transcripts containing two overlapping open reading frames start codon, have been reported for this gene. Increased expression of this gene is associated with hepatocellular carcinomas.
