3M™ Gas & Vapour Filter has a bayonet-style connection that fits any 3M™ Reusable Masks. Our filter features a visual End of Service Life Indicator that’s located inside the filter.

For A1 protection against organic gases and vapours (boiling point above 65 °C), use 3M™ Gas & Vapour Filter. Our filter offers the same level of protection as the 3M™ Gas and Vapour Filters 6000 Series, but with the addition of a visual, End of Service Life Indicator (ESLI) that can help to show you when a replacement is needed for specific environments. The ESLI is designed to give you peace of mind and is ideal for use in certain hazardous environments where it’s important to consistently maintain the correct level of protection. The service life is indicated based on individual exposure and respiratory-use patterns. It will help complement your current changeout schedule and, in some cases, may replace your current practices entirely. The indicator is located inside the filter, next to the activated carbon. As organic vapours travel through the filter, they’re also absorbed into the ESLI. The clear filter wall can help allow users to monitor the developing indicator bar. When the filter is exposed to specific vapour concentrations, users will notice a change on the indicator. This technology can help increase compliance with respiratory policies and industry requirements. It can be used with any 3M™ Reusable Masks that feature a bayonet-style connection. Important: Please see the user instructions to determine if these filters are appropriate for your work environment.
