Description

The Laboklav 55-195 series can be optionally fitted with a highly effective recooling system for liquids.

  • Highly effective recooling of liquids via a double jacket
  • Cooling phase reduced by up to 50%, depending on bottle size and load quantity
  • Full-surface chamber cooling instead of a coiled cooling coil
  • Deionised water is reused via an integrated storage tank
  • Heat is transferred via a heat exchanger to the chilled water system
  • Significant savings in deionised water and operating costs
  • Liquid loss during recooling approximately 5 to 8%
  • Alternative options: Counter pressure option S or radial fan option L in cases of unavoidable liquid loss
