Description

Neutralization buffer to be used with the NucleoSpin VET in combination with NucleoProtect VET products or with the NucleoSpin RNA Plant and Fungi kit.

  • The recommended volume of buffer PFN depends on the sample type:
    • Kiwi: 50 μL
    • Lemon: 50 μL
    • Apple: 15 μL
    • Orange: 15 μL
    • Blueberry: 50 μL
    • Fungal hyphae: 0–50 μL
  • During storage, especially at low temperatures, a precipitate may form, which can be easily dissolved by incubating the bottle at 40 °C before use
