Description

Description

  • With pKa of approximately 6.98, cell-permeant, dual-excitation ratiometric pH indicator, AM is ideal for measuring changes in cytosolic pH of most cells
  • Intracellular pH measurements with BCECF are made by determining pH-dependent ratio of emission intensity (detected at 535nm) when dye is excited at approximately 490nm versus emission intensity when excited at its isobestic point of approximately 440nm

Cell Adhesion, Cell Analysis, Cell Metabolism, Cell Viability and Cytotoxicity, Cell Viability, Proliferation and Function, Cell-Based Ion Channel Assays, Drug Discovery and Development, Ion Channel Biology, Ionic Homeostasis and Signaling, Target and Lead Identification and Validation, pH Detection
