Description

RPI Media is now available in convenient pre-measured and pre-mixed capsules.

RPI Media is now available in convenient pre-measured and pre-mixed capsules. Prebuffered media eliminates messy weighing and pH adjustments.

Simply dissolve 1 capsule per 1 Liter of distilled water. Water must be 37°C or warmer to completely dissolve gelatin capsule. Agitate. Sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes before use. Buffer is set for 7.2 at 20°C using a 10mM solution of Tris/Tris HCl. pH will vary depending on temperature.

For maintenance and propagation of E. Coli. High Salt Formula. Molecular Biology Grade.

Ingredients:

Tryptone: 10 g/L

Sodium Chloride: 10 g/L

Yeast Extract: 5 g/L

Tris/Tris HCl: 1.5 g/L
