Description

Ready-to-use gels for high-throughput DNA electrophoresis. Latitude™ HT Precast Gels are precision cast for accurate, reproducible resolution of DNA fragments for 8bp to 10kb with our SeaKem™ or NuSieve™ Agarose.

  • Provide rapid, reproducible DNA resolution of 8 bp to >=10kb
  • Manufactured from high-quality molecular biology grade SeaKem™ and NuSieve™ Brand Agarose
  • Quality and performance tested
  • Fit most large submerged electrophoresis chambers
  • Compatible with 8- and 12-tip multichannel pipets and microtiter plate spacing
  • Precision cast in accordance with ISO 9001 standards
  • Come in 100- and 200-well formats
  • Prestained with 0.5μg/mL of ethidium bromide
  • Permit runs to be completed in 30 minutes
  • Allow up to 200 samples to be run on a single precast gel
