Epredia™ Lab Vision™ Androgen Receptor (pSer216) Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody with BSA and azide
Stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues with Epredia™ Androgen Receptor, Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody.
Brand: Epredia™ RB-9030-P
Description
The androgen receptor (AR) is a member of the steroid superfamily of ligand-dependent transcription factors. The expression of AR is reportedly inversely correlated with histologic grade, i.e. well-differentiated prostate tumors show higher expression than the poorly differentiated tumors. In prostate cancer, AR has been proposed as a marker of hormone-responsiveness.Host Species: Rabbit
Isotype: IgG
Species Reactivity: Human, Mouse and Rat. Others not tested.
Epitope: N-terminal
Immunogen: A synthetic peptide derived from N-terminal of rat AR
Molecular Weight: 110kDa
Positive Control: LnCAp cells or prostate CA
Cellular Localization: Nuclear
This antibody is suitable for staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues.
