  • The KaryoStat HD Assay offers genotyping (sample ID) plus high resolution whole-genome coverage for accurate detection of chromosomal abnormalities. The assay has greater than 99% sensitivity and can reliably detect 25–50 kb copy number changes across the genome at high specificity with single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) allelic corroboration.
  • These high-density SNPs enable low-level mosaicism visualization and absence of heterozygosity (AOH), copy number change, and genomic contamination identification for research use. With more than 2.6 million copy number markers, the KaryoStat HD Assay covers all OMIM™ and RefSeq genes.
  • Our proprietary manufacturing technology produces arrays that are highly reproducible between each batch with no risk of probe dropout inherent in bead manufacturing techniques. The assay includes arrays, reagents, and easy-to-use data analysis software for a cost-effective and streamlined analysis of pluripotent stem cell lines.
