This vector contains elements that allow packaging of the construct into lentiviral particles and the Blasticidin resistance marker for selection of stable cell lines. The pLenti6/TR vector is designed for use with the BLOCK-iT™ Inducible H1 Lentiviral RNAi System, BLOCK-iT Inducible H1 RNAi Entry Vector Kit, and the ViraPower™ T-REx™ Lentiviral Expression System.
