AccuPrime Pfx SuperMix is supplied at 1.1X concentration to allow approximately 10% of the final reaction volume to be used for the addition of primer and template solutions. Reagents sufficient for 200 amplification reactions of 25μL each (4 x 1.125mL) are provided. AccuPrime Pfx SuperMix Components: 22U/mL Thermococcus species KOD thermostable polymerase complexed with anti-KOD antibodies, 66mM Tris-SO4 (pH 8.4), 30.8mM (NH4)2SO4, 11mM KCl, 1.1mM MgSO4, 330μM dNTPs, AccuPrime proteins, stabilizers.

Invitrogen AccuPrime Pfx SuperMix provides reagents for high-fidelity, high-specificity amplification of DNA fragments. High fidelity is provided by a proprietary enzyme preparation containing recombinant DNA polymerase from Thermococcus species KOD with proofreading activity. This ready-to-use mixture of DNA polymerase, accessory proteins, salts, magnesium, and dNTPs is designed for efficient PCR amplification.
