Recombinant Protein

Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (70%), Rat (70%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibodies, PA5-66816 (PA5-66816, PA5-145180 (PA5-145180. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.

Gap-filling polymerase involved in repair of DNA double-strand breaks by non-homologous end joining (NHEJ). Participates in immunoglobulin (Ig) light chain gene rearrangement in V(D)J recombination.
