Recombinant Protein

Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (81%), Rat (81%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-145121 (PA5-145121. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.

MTMR1 is a member of the myotubularin related family of proteins. Members of this family contain the consensus sequence for the active site of protein tyrosine phosphatases.This gene encodes a member of the myotubularin related family of proteins. Members of this family contain the consensus sequence for the active site of protein tyrosine phosphatases. Alternatively spliced variants have been described but their biological validity has not been determined.
