Recombinant Protein

Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (60%), Rat (60%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-52830 (PA5-52830. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.

Transfers N-acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc) from UDP-GalNAc to N-acetylglucosamine-beta-benzyl with a beta-1,4-linkage to form N,N'-diacetyllactosediamine, GalNAc-beta-1,4-GlcNAc structures in N-linked glycans and probably O-linked glycans. Mediates the N,N'- diacetyllactosediamine formation on gastric mucosa.
