Invitrogen™ GHRHR Polyclonal Antibody

Description
PA3-117 detects GHRH-R in human samples. PA3-117 has been successfully used in Western blot, immunocytochemistry and immunohistochemistry procedures. By Western blot, this antibody detects an ~40 kDa protein representing GHRH-R in human samples. In immunohistochemistry, GHRH-R immunoreactivity is predominantly localized at the plasma membrane. The PA3-117 immunizing peptide corresponds to amino acid residues 403-422 from human GHRH-R.
