The GeneBLAzer™ Gα15-NFAT-bla CHO-K1 cell line contains the promiscuous Gα protein, Gα15, stably integrated into the CellSensor™ NFAT-bla CHO-K1 cell line. NFAT-bla CHO-K1 cells (# K1534) contain a beta-lactamase reporter gene under control of an NFAT response element stably integrated into CHO-K1 cells.
