Description
Thermo Scientific DreamTaq DNA Polymerase is an enhanced Taq DNA polymerase optimized for all standard PCR applications. It ensures higher sensitivity, longer PCR products and higher yields compared to conventional Taq DNA polymerase. DreamTaq DNA Polymerase uses the same reaction setup and cycling conditions as conventional Taq DNA polymerase. Extensive optimization of reaction conditions is not required. It is supplied with optimized DreamTaq Buffer, which includes 20 mM MgCl2
DreamTaq Green DNA Polymerase is a combination of DreamTaq DNA Polymerase and 10X DreamTaq Green Buffer. The 10X DreamTaq Green Buffer includes a density reagent and two tracking dyes for direct loading of PCR products on a gel. The colored buffer does not interfere with PCR performance and is compatible with downstream applications such as DNA sequencing, ligation, and restriction digestion.

Notes
- For applications requiring PCR product analysis by absorbance or fluorescence excitation, colorless 10X DreamTaq Buffer (Cat. No. B65) is recommended for purifying PCR products before analysis.
