Optimize applications that require diluted enzymes with this dilution buffer.

Dilution Buffer for Restriction Enzymes is used for applications that require diluted enzymes. Enzymes diluted in this buffer retain 50 to 100% activity after storage for one month at -20°C.

  • 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.4 at 25°C)
  • 100 mM KCl
  • 1 mM EDTA
  • 1 mM DTT
  • 50% glycerol
