Description

Potent and selective CDK2 Degrader (PROTAC™)

CPS2 is a potent and selective CDK2 Degrader (PROTAC™) (IC50 = 24 nM). It induces CDK2 degradation in several AML cell lines, including NB4, U937, OCI-AML2, OCI-AML3 and Kasumi-1 cells. It induces differentiation of AML cell lines, primary AML cells, and granulocytic differentiation of HSCs.
