Description

Chopping Board with 6 HACCP Color Pellets is ideal for intensive use. Excellent resistance to abrasion and high temperatures.

  • Chopping board in HDPE, 2 cm thick, Ideal for intensive use.
  • Excellent resistance to abrasion and high temperatures.
  • Multi-purpose and easy to clean.
  • Does not retain odours from the food cut on it.
  • Its smooth surface limits knife marks and allows the blades to slide well.
  • Each board comes with a bag of 6 HACCP pellets to differentiate uses by food groups and avoid cross-contamination.
  • The pellet in the desired color is to be slotted into the board.
  • Note: once clipped, it is not possible to remove it easily, its use is designed to be dedicated to each board.
