Color-coded 7.5μm polystyrene beads that can be classified using a flow cytometer

The Functional Beads can be used in conjunction with the BD CBA Functional Bead Conjugation Buffer Set (Mfr. No. 558556) to covalently link water-soluble proteins to the surface of the beads via a sulfo-SMCC chemistry. The beads, once linked to a protein, can be used as a capture matrix for analytes of interest.
