The ex vivo addition of GolgiStop to in vitro- or in vivo -stimulated cells blocks their intracellular transport processes. This results in the accumulation of most cytokine proteins in the Golgi complex and thereby enhances cytokine staining signals.

  • GolgiStop reagent is provided for treating up to 1L of cell culture at a cell density of up to 2 × 106 cells/mL
