CD26 Mouse anti-Human, FITC, Clone: L272, BD
Description
CD26, clone L272, is derived from hybridization of mouse Sp2/0 cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with E1αPGF/JY cells.
CD26 recognizes a 120-kdalton (kDa) antigen that is identical to the enzyme dipeptidyl peptidase (DPP), a serine protease. It is associated with the binding of the TAT transactivating protein of the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). CD26 and CD45 acts in a co-stimulatory fashion on T lymphocytes.
