Successfully culture anaerobic and microaerophilic organisms by achieving the right atmospheric conditions using Thermo Scientific™ Oxoid™ AnaeroBox™ 3.5L Box with Lid and Seal.
The Box is designed to be used with Oxoid™ AnaeroGen™ 3.5L Sachet (AN0035A) and Oxoid™ CampyGen™ 3.5L Sachet (CN0035A).
The AnaeroBox is designed to be used with Oxoid™ AnaeroGen™ 3.5L Sachet (AN0035A) and Oxoid™ CampyGen™ 3.5L Sachet (CN0035A).
The AnaeroGen 3.5L Sachet (AN0035A) produces an anaerobic atmosphere rapidly without the use of water or catalyst. No hydrogen is produced. The oxygen is absorbed rapidly without a build-up of pressure. The final atmosphere contains less than 1% oxygen supplemented with carbon dioxide - ideal for optimum growth of anaerobes and increased colony size.
The CampyGen 3.5L Sachet (CN0035A) produces a microaerophilic atmosphere rapidly without the use of water or catalyst. No hydrogen is produced. The oxygen is absorbed rapidly without a build-up of pressure. The final atmosphere contains an ideal microaerobic atmosphere of 8-9% oxygen and 7-8% carbon dioxide.
Oxoid™ AnaeroGen™ 3.5L Sachet (AN0035A) and Oxoid™ CampyGen™ 3.5L Sachet (CN0035A) are not included.
