Utilizes drop count titration method to measure alkalinity. Hach™ Alkalinity Test Kit, Model AL-AP, is a rugged kit that contains all required materials for 100 tests using drop count titration.

Caused by the presence of carbonates, bicarbonates, hydroxides, and other dissolved salts, alkalinity is important to food and beverage processors, boiler operators, and aquatic biologists.
