These kits are designed for the dissociation of lung, liver, brain, and kidney tissues, and are optimized for both semi-automated and manual disaggregation in single-cell workflows.

  • Designed for specific tissue types: Enzymes are tested to ensure optimal performance, enhancing cell viability and reducing downstream issues
  • Effective at 4°C and 37°C: Preliminary research indicates that cold-acting enzymatic dissociation reduces cell stress, minimizing cell death and improving the transcriptional profile of single cells. Enzyme mix B (for liver) is recommended for use at 37°C
  • For use with manual and semi-automated methods: Mixes are compatible with various dissociation methods, including the VIA Extractor™ tissue disaggregator, providing flexibility for your workflow. Enzyme D for kidney is only optimized for use with the VIA Extractor™
  • Ready-made solution: These enzyme mixes save you time and reduce the cost associated with sourcing and mixing individual components for homebrew solutions
