The challenge is to obtain a sample that accurately reflects the composition of the material while minimising waste. PharmaDispo is an innovative sampling device designed to meet these requirements. It allows minimal, yet highly representative, sample quantities to be taken from three different points within the material. This multi-layered approach allows a more detailed analysis of potential variations in composition, providing a significant advantage where a single, uniform sample does not sufficiently characterise the material.

1. Separate Chambers

The targeted point samples can be analyzed individually or combined into a composite sample, ensuring maximum flexibility and reliability in pharmaceutical quality assessment.

2. Individually Packaged

Each sampler is manufactured in a ISO Class 7 cleanroom and individually packaged before leaving the cleanroom.

3. Different Volumes

Available in five different sizes: 0.01 mL, 0.05 mL, 0.1 mL, 0.5 mL, and 1 mL per sample chamber.

4. Ergonomic Design

The sampler has a total length of 50 cm and a penetration depth of 32 cm. With an outer diameter of 24 mm, it also fits through narrow openings.

Yes, no bisphenol A, phthalates, latex, or BSE/TSE materials are added during production.

The sterile versions have a shelf life of two years from the date of manufacture. The remaining shelf life can be found on each individual pack.
