Description
F(ab')2 fragments were prepared by pepsin digestion. PA1-84341 detects IgG in human samples. This antibody does not cross react with goat, mouse, rat, or equine serum proteins. Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4oC in the dark. For FACS analysis, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL. Goat F(ab')2 anti Human IgG antibody recognizes human IgG and demonstrates Goat F(ab')2 anti Human IgG antibody does not cross-react with Goat IgG F(c) or mouse, rat, bovine and horse serum proteins, as determined by immunoelectrophoresis.
